In a job app that I was filling out, it asked for job related skills, I know what skills are but never was able to define them for the job that I do which is Desktop Support ?

How would you define job related skills for Desktop Support.

Then job skills are: "Read Scripts"

If not:

Then: "Able to communicate effectively with clients", "Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot hardware and/or software problems", "Knowledge of all current Windows Operating Systems", etc. (Ya know...things like that)
