As an enthusiast forum, members here tend to have a certain amount of cohesiveness otherwise not readily found, and I love that part about these forums.
We all have our levels of interests and expertise, but I thought it would a perfect way to elevate these forums - to not only support each other with informational flow and software/hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting - with a sub-forum where people can post positions available at their companies. These can be links to their respective sites, or direct email communications to the poster if so desired. A template would be necessary for position title, salary range, requirements, etc.. However, allowing people to post that they're looking for work would become a giant mess, so how to properly address that I'm not certain (aside from being heavily moderated).
What better way than to help people find positions within great companies that they'll be enthusiastic about? I realize this will change the scope of the forums a lot, and may not be considered necessary with the plethora of job posting sites available on the net. The point is to help fellow forum-goers out.
