Job posting for a webmaster position

Hi,

Besides posting ads in the newspaper, college(s) paper or monster.com (haven't done yet), where else can I post an ad that we are searching for a webmaster (person who is able to be an administrator, webmaster, programmer...for now), preferably, but not necessarily, in the Southern California region? I have been trying to find someone capable of being able to develop "stuff" for my site. We use eZ Publisher, vBulletin and Photo Post. I know it is not much.

Yeh, hire an unemployed ATOTer. This kind of stuff can be done remotely so don't limit yourself, of course then you will have to monitor OT to make sure they are working an not neffing.
