The post in the networking thread with 6 million views wasn't enough? 😕

I think that sticky is stupid... if anything there should be a seperate forum for employment/networking. Noone can even come close to looking for a job in that bloated thread.

I agree on the comment on the employment thread as well.

Cheers to you for even posting an opportunity to people.

The networking thread needs to be more like the ~~~~ IWANNA ~~~~ and ~~~~ Brag & Moan ~~~~ threads in Hot Deals. The mods need to unsticky it and start a new one. They link to the old thread in the newest iteration so that nothing is lost.

The thread isn't that popular. Someone wrote a bot to reload the thread continuously. There is where almost all of the views came from. If it was popular it would have a lot more than 1171 posts.

How is it difficult? Just look at the last few pages to find the newest job postings.

True, latest postings are are last page so it is easy to just click on last.

Many articles and websites (other forums as well) are linked to it so if start a new one would break those links.

So they should have another Forum for Jobs/Networking and have that thread stickied at the top. But it sure as hell is hard to broadcast a job opening to the community simply by posting it into that massively bloated thread... sure if someone is specifically looking for a new job they will MAYBE look there. However what if my companies job opening is the job someone's always wanted, and my connection offers them the in they've been looking for.
