I've had some onsite interviews over the past month or so. I currently have three offers.
Offer 1:
-Normal pay for an intern.
-Relocation lump sum is kind of low.
-Located in a nice city, but not my homecity.
Offer 2:
-Normal pay for an intern.
-Relocation lump sum is a lot better than offer 1.
-Located in the same city as offer 1. They are actually both within a few miles.
Offer 3:
-Haven't gotten any details about compensation...and won't until January.
-Small business so they are negotiable.
-I'd be doing real hands on work.
-Travel (as an intern!) if I want to, which I definitely want to do.
-In my homecity.
Basically, Offer 3 is my inline with my career goals and is something I'd enjoy doing. Plus the internship position would be very similar to a real full time position. Travel is something I would definitely enjoy while being young. A majority of it is in the US, but there is also opportunities for overseas travel.
Now how do I tell the company from offer 3 that I'd like to get the details a little more sooner. I basically need to tell him, "I have two other decent offers. Although I really like this job, if you are going to pay minimum wage, I'd would probably except the other offer." I'm sure I'd be making a similar if not higher wage than the other two offers, but I'd like to get some reassurance. Is there a way I can say this without straight out saying it?
I just need to figure out a way to say, "I just want to make sure you aren't going to pay me crap. Other than that I'd take the job no matter what."
