I just had an interview this morning. They didn't ask for any references and I forgot to give the list to them. I'm about to write a thank you letter to the company, should I include the references as an attachment?

When you write your thank you letter you could always include a line saying something like "If there should be any other information you require, such as a list of references, please do not hesitate to ask."

I would not, though. Like others have said they will ask for them if/when they want them.

I guess I'll hold off on the references for now. It's for an IT Analyst position in Napa, CA. Thanks everyone.
