For those of you who've had frequent job interviews, are the majority of them traditional or behavioral?
I have an interview with Investors Bank & Trust in a week (anyone heard of them?) and I'd like to know how to best prepare. Thanks guys.
 
most of them are behavioral, although i have a 4.5 hour interview that was half/half technical and behaviour.
