I've never said "X is my biggest weakness." I say, "well, at my last job, I tended to do this (still something positive, like "Worked so hard on one project that I lost track of another one."), but I've made it a priority in my career to take steps to prevent this; such as better personal organization, and better communication with my teammates/coworkers."

I tell the interviewer that I'm anal retentive and sometimes it I spend a little too much time making positive things are done properly. 🙂

I don't want to have to lie to get a job, and any job who will hire me after hearing the truth seems like a company I would rather work for.

Heh - I interviewed somebody yesterday and anal retentive were the exact words I was looking for to seal the deal on the candidate.
