Going for a job interview at "Beckman Institute" (I guess it's a big research facility at U of Illinois (where I go to school)). I'm applying for a helpdesk position. $8 an hour, not too bad for college student I guess. I have 3 summers of work experience at a stock trading company with computers and helpdesk, so hopefully that will help. I have no idea what to expect from this interview, if anything. Unfortunately, with me being a slacker, and at school, I had no really nice clothes to wear, and am stuck sporting a red polo with khaki pants...hope that cuts it =/

oh well, wish me luck i guess :p

update:

Got there early and they saw me anyways. Took a look at my resume and were blown away by the work experience I have as a sophmore in college. They said they have to start everyone off at the same level, but it is easy to move up the ranks. They said they would get back to me later in the week after they saw everyone, but not too worry as they need help very badly, and there are not many candidates. I just sent my thank you email for the interview, and will begin sitting back waiting to hear back!!
It's a good day,

plenty of time to eat of couple of cloves of garlic and wash it down with a strong cup of coffee. Employers love assbreath!

You need a different shirt!

Also, red is a dominate color that intimidates (that is why Tiger Woods wears red during the last round).
