Job Interview Attire?

If they really love you they should accept you for who you are... Oh right a job interview... If you're really good does it matter?

What do you think?

General Rule:
There's never anything wrong with overdressing. Something my father-in-law told me. Clean shaven is the way to go.

If you look like a 12 year old without it then keep some facial hair.

Since you already work there, first impression being the most important, I would think they would rely on your work ethic more than anything else.

I definately look younger. This interview is for an internal position with my compnay. So the people who are interviewing me alreay know what I look like on a day to day basis.

That may be true, but what's the "standard" of dress those in that position? I tend to overdress for interviews. I'd rather let them know I'd make some attempt to "impress" instead of "accept me as I am, scurffy or not." Better safe than sorry.
