I have a job availability form for the month of December and was wondering about the consequences of signing the form. If I were to sign the form does that mean I can not quit the job if I needed to?

The form says "I understand that by signing this form I am held accountable for my commitment as a company associate."

Thanks for any help.

Well, I think it means that if you sign the form, you MUST work the dates indicated. Just make sure that you can work those dates, and you'll be fine.

Tell them your lawyer is reviewing the form ... and you'll get back to them after he/she has conducted their review. That should keep 'em quiet. :D
