something like
Superior Customer Service is when the customer is left with a feeling of "Wow", that indescribable feeling where they know who they are going to get their aluminum siding from. This occurs when the analyst makes the customer feel like they are the only person in the world and take the time and effort to provide something they wouldn't expect. Personally my latest example of superior customer service happened while I was trying to book a week long vacation for several friends and I. I spent an entire Saturday online and on the phone with people who just wanted to sell me a package and be done with it, I was presented with black out dates and hidden fees that no one could explain, I grew frustrated and finally gave up. Monday rolled around and I decided to try again, I was greeted by Cynthia who took the time to explain everything to me, she made sure I wasn't charge any extra fees and made sure I understood what I was getting for my money, I booked the trip in 45 minutes on the phone with Cynthia as opposed to wasting 5 hours two days previous with others.
Feel free to lie and use my example and embellish the hell out of it, they like that.
EDIT
By the way if this is for a help desk position don't do it with the intension of moving up in the company you are applying for. Do it for the money they are willing to pay you and apply for at least 2 better jobs / week until you get something better.
