$400 is a lot to pay for something Chinese, sight unseen. You don't have a music store you can go to?

It is in INR, not $. It's $40

That might even be worse. I can hardly imagine a playable instrument for $40. Fit and finish is very important on an acoustic guitar. With an electric, an amateur can do a good job beating something into playable shape. It takes a lot more skill to fix a badly fitted acoustic.

Edit:
If you can afford to lose $40, it would be interesting to see what you can get for $40. A badly fitted guitar will be frustrating to play, and it may be the guitar that sucks, and not you. If *I* were to get it, I'd prepare myself to use it as a slide guitar only. Do you like slide? It's a cool sound, and it's kind of fun making slides.
