Merely your opinion. You have any real proof?

No, only common sense from raising children.
Do you have any of that?[/Q]
Who cares? You're clearly exaggerating the impact. "Emotional scarring"? Taking candy = great physical pain? WTF?

If you don't wish your children taking part in this "art" project, then don't let them. It's not like anyone's being forced to participate.

I didn't think so thanx for indirectly answering the question.
Please note also in a forum that has a reputation for being very liberal, yours was the only its art vote.
nuff said.

Thanks for making the retarded suggestion that only parents know enough about children to weigh in on the subject. Your entire line of reasoning has been fallacious.

We are each who we are by virtue of nature and nurture... two children seeing the same event take away a different imprint in their memory.. at least slightly different..
The parent is charged with deciding what events their children experience...

So it is irrelevant what it is called. The point should be does it adversely affect MY child and if so then avoid it..

Art is a creative endeavor from the generator of the art to the audience even if she is the only witness of it..

Me thinks

Yes Daniel, making this about me makes your point about so-called "child abuse" all the more poignant. Bravo!

ok, lad. It is your opinion, and I can not and will not deprive you of it.
As in so many other issues we can agree to disagree.
Have a pleasant evening.
