I started cutting today into my side panel for a window. I dremeled a slot for my jigsaw to start in, but the blade isn't as fine as I thought.

What blades do you guys use? How many teeth? The case I need to cut into an older gateway panel and its a little stiffer and thicker than todays panels.

bimetal and 24tpi or higher (but not too high), i finally managed to find some locally that had 36 =). dont forget to use cutting lube.

I used bi-metal, 24-tpi to cut into those old Enlights. Be sure you wear safety glasses.
