Jewelry folks: is this worth it?

Yes, definately depends on who and what it is for. The diamond, at .02 carats, will look like a speck of sand.

Nothing from Tiffany's is technically worth it. You are paying through the roof based on the name. Now, that doesn't mean that buying this may not make it SEEM as if it was worth it 😀. It's your call.

That's awefully expensive for silver and a speck of diamond which you will never notice, but it's Tiffany's...

What's the point of getting something from Tiffany's and getting the cheapest thing (can't imagine anything cheaper except plain metal band)?

All depends on who/why, I would just think the money is better spent on a larger rock from someone else, like a rock someone will notice.

That is damn expensive for that ring. Nice, but damn expensive. Paid 200 for mine (for gf) for a platinum band and .25 carots.

EDIT: Sorry I wasn't too clear on the description of the ring. It was an anniversary design with 5 diamonds together being .25 carots.

It's for my gf. No occasion. Just a nice ring to show her that I'm serious out the relationship.

Where did your get your platinum band with a 1/4 carat diamond ring? Thanks in advance.

Get a bigger rock.

edit: She will be happier to see the diamond without a loop, than know it's from Tiffany's.

.02 carets its freaking samll, might as well not have a diamond at all.

a spec of sand isnot an exaggeration, its probably pretty accurate.

where?

Shoulda been a little clearer. It was an anniversary design with 5 diamonds totalling .25 carots.

Got it at some mall store in Sacramento. Paid another 60 bucks I think for some lifetime thing where I can take it in and have it resized, cleaned as much as I want. Editing original post with this info.
