Not too shabby. Get the bios issues resolved including the lack of lower default HTT speed, and this could be a good value if they manage to price it under $100 here in the U.S. 1394 cards are dirt cheap so that doesn't bother me, plus HD audio and PCIe combined with good stock performance make this board attractive.

I have never used Jetway products so I don't know if their QC&A is crap or not though.

Been waiting for this Northbridge to get paired with a decent Southbridge. Pretty nice performance, and more features than the MSI rendition. The ULi Southbridge makes all the difference.

Does anybody know if this mobo have an SPDIFF output, and can it encode in Dolby Digital like some Intel mobos with HD Sound (so called Dolby Digital Live feature)? If so, finally an upgrade for my aging NForce2 & SoundStorm has arrived.
