I am building a new system for a friend and cost is very important. I decided on the
JetWay 939GT4-SLI-G Socket 939 based on Anand's review of the board. Any here using this board or the EVA sister board?

just curious of an experiences, I will be building it end of this week.

Well if anyone is interested in the board, post here and ill let you know how the build goes. Ill be building it this week, the setup will be. This is a pc for a friend a cost was the number one factor in deciding what to get.

JetWay 939GT4-Sli
AMD64 3200+ (my old processor)
1 gig Corsair value select DDR 400
Atrix Dragon case with 480W PS (I am hoping the PS holds ok, If not ill replace it)
EVA 7600GT PCI
Seagate 80gig Sata2
Samsung DVD Writer
Win XPsp2

total cost not including processor was under $600.

I just built a SLI matx setup with the following configuration:

evga SLI board
2x1Gb GSkill HS PC3200
Opteron 150
2 evga 7900GT CO
Maxtor 300GB SATA 16MB
Plextor 716SA DVDRW
Onboard Audio and LAN.
Silverstone ST52F PSU Short Cabled FalconNW Version

Setup was easy as pie. I am running all stock settings. The only issue I had was this board does not like to run 1T memory timing. Set it to 2T and everything is fine.

Even at 2T it runs very very nicely Windows just snaps along.

Glad to hear it PClark

I did the build last night, took 2 hours start/finish. following setup.

JetWay 939GT4-Sli
AMD64 3200+ stock speed
1 gig Corsair value select DDR 400
Atrix Dragon case with 480W PS
EVA 7600GT PCI
Seagate 80gig Sata2
Samsung DVD Writer
Win XPsp2

3dmark06 full test came out at about 3000 which to me is not bad using all stock speed and budget system.

Installation was a breeze, in fact this was the easiest MB Ive installed. booted right up, has setting for OC if you want, give temp readings on splash screen as its booting up. Was very impressed.

Only thing Im not happy about is this $600 budget system (not including cpu) beats my system in 3dmark06 by 500 points. My cpu gets more than double the score than the 3200 but thats it. Now do I give the system my friend like I was planning...hmmmm :)
