Jetway 618af and Adaptec 29160n

Trying to get the Jetway 618af to work with the Adaptec 29160n

Has anyone got this combo working, it seems to be really unstable..

and if you have what setting did you use or bios upgrade ?
I did set irqs and reserved irqs this seems to help but still very unstable...
