LOL, stop while you're ahead. you do realize 1% of ATOT couldn't get a 50-yard field goal, right?

sure, he might crumble after he has 5 300lb men coming after him but...

take as long as you want and get me a youtube video of you doing ANYTHING that would make a professional business even finish your video.

jellinbro?

notunderstandingenglishbro?

I could give a fuck about the dude. I was actually trying to be nice (I know, I'm not good at it). His video sucks and is not conclusive evidence of anything- positive or negative.

That you interpret that as 'LOL I'M SO MUCH BETTER THAN THAT DUDE' really says a lot about your own complexes...

"using the wind"...like he'll never have to understand and compensate/use the wind in an actual NFL game.

Not many people can make 1 50 yard kick. Pros max out around 60, and he made one of those too. Oh, and he followed that up with a 50, 40, 30 yard kick also without stopping the video.

I get what you are saying and all, but this is more than just cut scenes. He shows he has the leg to kick long balls and some consistency. Accuracy is the only thing missing, he demonstrates that, but it is cut. Certainly worth giving him a tryout, good for him.

Pros max out at 60 yards for a field goal. For a kickoff like he was doing, they hit the back of the end zone from the 30 yard line. That's 80 yards ground to ground and they could probably go farther.

I used to do 65 yarders with a rugby ball after school over and over. It's a lot different than kicking a real field goal.

It was conclusive enough to get him a shot at the pros.

You're linking my opinion of show-off Youtube videos with...I dunno. Me debating with a NY Jets scout?

I may sometimes write things in a complex manner, but people seem to mistake that for having some kind of hidden agenda, I guess.

I guess I could just devolve into '4chan mode' and give replies like: 'SHOW-OFF VIDEO IS FOR SHOW-OFFS!'

...but it seems like I'd still end up having to explain how that kind of abrupt comment was not, in fact, arguing the finer points of kicking technique.
