Jet Lag from San Francisco to Manila

What is the best way to not get jetlagged on this flight? I am leaving San Francisco at 1PM and after a stopover in Tokyo I will be getting to Manila at 11PM.

Actually that flight schedule isn't too bad. I would suggest going to sleep as soon as possible after getting there and trying to sleep 8-10 hours. Then try to spend as much time out in the sun the next day.
