You think that is bad? I have almost given up going into any thread here having to do with the law. The random guesses and downright wrong statements are plentiful while the desire to listen to people who may have a clue about the subject, like us lawyers, is almost completely absent.

Those threads can be painful to read.

I remember blowing up at someone here for suggesting that an OP buy expensive lithium batteries for remote controls and such for no other reason than that it was what he did.
