Hey, weren't you just in the CSRA area?Symptom of too much wind? I've heard they typically shut them down (or activate a brake?) before abnormally strong winds - I've seen videos of a whole field of windmills with the blades frozen, while one or two windmills burn and rotate very fast. They either have those things on sensor and automatic triggers or manually shut down - either way, that sensor or remote link can probably fail, or the brake may fail, leading to breaching the safe tolerance levels.
