Most IPSC/IDPA shooters can shoot. What they consider "OK" I still consider very proficient.

Yeah, he did that really quickly.
In a real gunfight, you are rarely ever standing straight and the clips are not in the exact spot you'd practiced changing from, but he'd probably still do it 1000x faster than most people.

Not only that but you dont CCW your race gun, and you dont carry extra mags right there in the handy dandy mag holder.
None the less, I bet he could do a pretty fast mag change even in a CCW setup.
