The OP put "LOL" in the title. That is a clear implication of claimed humour. Ergo Oldsmoboat's law does apply.

Even though the title of the YTMND has LOL in it, Oldsmoboat's law is not invalidated. The person who posted the YTMND put an implication of humour in the YTMND title. Oldsmoboat's law is invoked through that.
