I have a brother that is 2 years younger than me, and you can be for damn sure he didn't do that crap to me growing up. It may be too late for you, but you need to put a notch in his ass and let him know that he isn't going to fvck with you with out getting his ass kicked.
Like I said though, it may be to late for you. It somewhat sounds like he has been having his way with you for a while. My brother learned the fvck with my sh!t... get your ass kicked lesson somewhere around 6-8 years old. Your brother more than likly is to old for such a lesson by now. Quite frankly if he did this sh!t to you, and the best you can do is make a thread about it; if you tried to put him in his place, I'm guessing he would kick your ass....just a quess.

you don't want to beat his ass. that proves nothing. you need to physically own him next time he gets out of control. there is a difference.
Wrap his ass up so tight he cant breathe without it hurting, and calmly explain to him the ways of the world. Let him go. He won't fsck with you again.
Actually, he's NEVER fscked with me before. He likes to pick on the smaller kids. I can tell you this - if he pulls that crap again, he won't LIVE to whine to mommy.

I don't know what his god damn problem is. He comes into my space, starts rummaging through my paperwork, throwing it all over the god damn floor after I just organized it all, and when I ask him WTF he's doing, he turns and spits in my face, headbutts my hand, screams and accuses me of poking him in the eyes, throws a punch, misses, and runs upstairs screaming. Next god damn thing I know, I'm being lectured about needing to be more mature because I'm 18.
Since when is it okay for a 16 year old to spit in someone's face for no god damned reason? I know he's the one with no future outside of burger flipping (his best lead on what he wants to do in life is an artist or chef), and so do my parents, but does that make him exempt from basic anger management and generally not-being-a-fvckhead?

Take a dump inside his pillow case.
Make it early enough in the day that the bulk of the stench is gone by the time he goes to bed.
Set up a webcam and wait for him to realize why his pillow is soft and squishy.
