Jessica Simpson wore a Microphone so she could be fed her lines???

Am I missing something I thought you talked into a microphone and was talked to through headsets or hearphones.

The site is quoting as saying she cannot remember her lines so they fitted her with a microphone to tell her her lines into her ear, how is that possible with a microphone, or is this something new?

I dont doubt that, I doubt the fact she was fitted for a microphone to be fed her lines with. Maybe a headset of some sorts but not a microphone you talk into. What good is it going to do to fit her with the microphone so the other party can hear her, and she cant?

Actually she's the smart one, she managed to get away with not even learning her lines and got to keep her job.

I think they meant an earpiece.

Actually if you hook up a microphone to a headphone jack you can hear sound from it. You can also hook up headphones to a microphone jack and talk into it as well. Don't believe me? Try it.
