      • Arnold VS Hillary VS Jesse
As usual, I'd vote for whoever supported the policies that concern me most. Who would squash this lame ass national health care idea? Who would support Social Security Privatization? Who would be friendlier to businesses, large and small? Who would put the US interests first in foreign policy? Who would be tougher on criminals? If two candidates agree on those answers, then who belongs to the party that's most electable?

Arnold cannot be president, but he can be vice president!

Wait a minute, there's a move afoot to change that. IT COULD happen, given a change in the Constitution.

My money bets that it will never happen. The government (on both sides of the aisle) is so fond of selling us a crap box of goods and trying to convince us that we need it and it is good for us. They even manage to convince millions of ppl that they want it. With the large amounts of ppl in the USA that come from somewhere else (I know, I know... we were all originally from somewhere else) and are politically involved (more than ever in history), it might be easier to get it to seem like a good thing... but I'll bet that in the end it will fail. The majority of ppl in this country sit back and let stuff wash over them, and only take a major stand when their backs are to the wall. Then they will stand up in droves.

A Constitutional Amendment is a major thing, and one that the majority of ppl will fight no matter what it is for. I mean, they are trying to change the Constitution for the defination of marriage and for partial birth abortions (the latter being very worthy, imho) and yet the majority of ppl that agree with both of the issues still do not want the Constitutional messed with.

I don't think they will change the Constitution on the issue of the Presidency in my lifetime.
