that’s called wearing pants too tight so you can’t button them up. Guys use to do this in the bar’s, to try and fit in their pants yet unable to snap the snap so the guy wore a shirt long enough to hide the fact their pants were unbutton. And with some guys they could hardly zip their pants up let alone snap them. Like in the photo above. Real sexy ladies, yeah? For this girl in the photo she probably doesn’t care about his gut hanging out, she is only interested in his wallet hanging out.
