Jerk chicken marinades... any specific brand to recommend?

Or do you suggest making the marinade from scratch? I ate at Bahama Breeze in Austin for lunch today and ordered the Jamaican Grilled Chicken Wings. Now I have to be able to make them at home so that I can avoid spending 8 dollars on only 8 wings. 😉

bahama breeze rules!

i think we used the mccormick one (the little spice bottle with the red cap) and just followed the instructions... turned out pretty ok

It was the first time that I'd eaten there. I also had the grilled jerk chicken sandwich. That was pretty damn good. Austin sucks because there are too many good places to eat. I ate at North by Northwest, Opal Divine's, Bahama Breeze, and some place that was on 6th Street that had a live band and a homeless person. 🙂
