She looks like a beautiful pinocchio- her tips looks WAY extended from when I remember.

If you look at one of her earlier films, Dark Crystal for example, she looked a little pug-nosed, really cute.

ive loved this woman ever since 'career opportunities', despite it being a crappy film..
"You look like a lady in need of a quarter"

oh and she was 16 in Labyrinth and that came out 20 years ago. dunno if she had a nose job, but if she did it was early on in her modeling career
 
I think she's a pretty decent actress and I lover her goodies. Though it seems like she did lose some curve since Career Opportunities.
I recall she had some nice round everything in that movie.
And it that horror film she did recently she almost looked anorexic.

Or the fact that she is older and your nose and ears still grow after you stop having growth spurts.

Yeah, she may have had plastic surgery, but I don't think so. Who knows? All I know is that she is very beautiful and a good actress. She did some movies early on in her career that I didn't like, but her later movies were great! 🙂
