Jelly screen effect on tablets

So I recently picked up a Samsung Tab S6 and it has very noticeable jelly screen effect when scrolling in portrait mode on a website for example. I never noticed it much on my previous Tab S 8.4 or 10.5, but I did start noticing it recently on my 10.5...it seems worse on the Tab S6 though for some reason.

I actually tried out an iPad mini 2019 prior to the Tab S6 and while it doesn't have the jelly screen effect, the motion blur from the LCD when scrolling web pages gave me a headache so I returned it.

Anyone else notice this on their tablets?

Any AMOLED tablet that would be less susceptible to this? Alternatively, any high refresh LCD tablet that has good pixel response times (to prevent motion blur)?

iPad Pro 2nd gen (10.5" and 12.9") have 120Hz IPS LCD panels, as do the 3rd gen iPads Pro. No other iPads have 120Hz panels. I don't have any information on Android tablets, but I _think_ that the only ones with high refresh rate panels are from Samsung (they're also basically the only company making premium Android tablets).

I'll have to try a couple of them out, but reading on Notebookcheck reviews, the ipads with 120Hz screens still have very high pixel response time, sometimes 10x more than the Tab S6 so ghosting is still likely to be an issue, although the jelly screen effect may be gone.

Sigh...might have to wait for 120Hz OLED tablets...and who knows if they'll ever come.
 
I've never really noticed any ghosting or blur on my iPad Pro, but maybe I'm not that sensitive to it? I also don't play many fast-paced games on my iPad, when I play games at all. I have consoles and a gaming PC for that task.
 
I have the Tab S6. I never heard of this "jelly" effect before, so I had to look that up and saw a video of it being demonstrated. Apparently it's when items on the screen appear to stretch while scrolling. I've never seen this on my Tab S6. The scrolling in Chrome has been pretty smooth. I also have an iPad Pro 11, and it's definitely a smoother experience. But I wouldn't say, mine at least, Tab S6 has that jelly scrolling problem.
