Somebody ate too many sweets and has a tummy ache. Only thing acidic in pudding is the milk. Can't see how that would do it though. What else have you been shoving into your pie hole? Anyway, take some Pepto and call DrPizza in the morning. :p

They weren't on sale due to being out of date, were they? If not, you could have lactose intolerance triggered by the milk in the pudding.

Symptoms of lactose intolerance can be mild to severe, depending on how much lactase your body makes. Symptoms usually begin 30 minutes to 2 hours after you eat or drink milk products. If you have lactose intolerance, your symptoms may include:

  • Bloating.
  • Pain or cramps.
  • Gurgling or rumbling sounds in your belly.
  • Gas.
  • Loose stools or diarrhea.
  • Throwing up.

I would think he'd already know if he was lactose intolerant. It was more likely the out of date water he drank. :whiste:

You check the dates on soda cans don't you.

Milk products are owning me lately. Which really sucks because I lift and need protein and calories.

Lots of sugar free deserts and other foods are well known to produce gas/heartburn.

I tried some sugar free cough drops once when I had a sore throat, the diarrhea was worse than the sore throat. I think it was the sorbitol.

There's also fat free foods that use Olestra which are also known to cause diarrhea.
