Jeez, all the delivery services have screwed me over in the last two weeks

It all began two weeks ago:

UPS: Said they delivered a package to my front door yet nothing arrived. Package has disappeared off the face of the Earth. Meanwhile I've had to pay for a second MSI K7T PRO2A, 256MB of PC133 SDRAM, and a GeForce2 GTS while they resolve the situation. The CSR says they will call me by today.

USPS: Needed several P3 heatsinks and thermal goop for office PCs. It was suppose to be delivered last Monday but nothing showed up. Delivery Confirmation put it somewhere at the local post office but that appears to be the end of the line. The people there are idiots and have offered no help whatsoever.

FedEx: Got a 21" Sony E500 delivered to the office. There were no signs of damange until I opened up the box. The thing looked like it was kicked off the back of a truck. All the styrofoam padding was shattered in to little pieces. The entire front plastic portion was cracked to hell. The two halves of the plastic shell are ready to seperate. The on button was knocked clean off. An ugly sight indeed.

DHL: Needed to send some documents internationally so I picked DHL. As of this morning no one knows where it is. It's like the delivery person took my package and promptly chucked it into the gargage. I think I'll need to resend it.

Airborne Express: I was expecting a package so I left a Post It on my door telling the person to drop it off at the management office. Guess what? He put a "non delivery" tag right on my note. Fine, I wrote a sign on letter sized paper in black marker and guess what? Again he placed a second non delivery notice on the sign. On the third attempt, my girlfriend happened to be home to sign for it. She asked why the guy didn't leave to package with the management office. Response, "Oh, I thought it was for another Airborne Express". Ok, that's just dumb.

Damn it sucks because I'm on the phone 24 1/2 hours a day with companies and the delivery services coordinating package tracks and insurance claims. 🙁

Damn dude that sucks. ive been lucky most of the time except when i had my brand new Sony F400 Monitor Delivered to my house and the box had a nice hole in front of the screen where one of the people had put their knee through the box while moving it around. Needless to say i had to get another one.

Looks like USPS could have lost one of my packages for the first time. This is after 50 or so trades... oh well...

yeah, read my thread about UPS. they've messed up the last 4 things i've shipped through them. and there's nothing you can do: call the 1800 number and you just go round and round with recordings. you'll never find a real person.

<< if u need it there try ups red or fedex priorty overnight >>

funny the way you word that: sounds like if you send stuff any other method, then it doesn't really need to get there. I think that's UPS's philosophy.
