the H1 SUCKS at trails, absolutely SUCKS ass. it is WAYYYYY to wide. and it is IRS. the thing however will take any jump/bump/rock at 50 mph and barely move.
the H2 is horrible at just about anything.
the H3 is a GREAT off-road vehicle. better than the FJ/XTerra/Jeep Competitor. great clearance, great low-gear.

The fact that it's wide may mean it can't fit on narrower trails, but that doesn't mean it sucks offroad. As for the H3, it'd have to be a big improvement over the H2 to compete with Jeeps and such.

search for H3 on this board, or Xterra. i believe i have posted the link about 8 times proving ppl that the H3 is damn near amazing off-roading.
