It actually sound decent. If you think you are any good.. it'd be worth doing. The prizes are awesome and even 11th-25th is a GF4 Ti4600 !!!!!!!!!!!!

1) I already have a Ti4600
2) I'd rather not play it on any system but mine
3) Gateway blows goats and I wouldn't get caught there

but I might just join anyway for bragging rights as to being the best in the contest :p

I agree, there would be no way in hell I'd ever buy a Gateway but just think about it.

For me as a college student, it'd be worth it for me to sit down the next few weeks and do nothing except play this game and get good at that situation they have posted and win 25,000 dollars. Even 5,000 would be worth it for just 2-3 weeks of practicing a video game.

If you're serious about playing, make sure you practice up on saber. That's the only real chance that you'll have to win. Those little bubbles in multiplayer that deflect anything other than saber attacks.

Anyway, if you really wanna play, download and install this custom map (it's 11 megs) and play it. It's waves of jedi in one room with no power ups. Eventually you go from fighting one of the weakest to two of the weakest, to one of the weakest and one of the next strongest, etc., eventually fighting more and more jedi per wave, until you're fighting six of the strongest jedi at the same time. At the end you fight Dassan and his little goffer chick.

Practice up. I can beat it on the hardest difficulty :)

yeah I've played that map.... but they give you the exact specs of what you'd be playing against.... just practice that over and over till you're blue in the face
