JEDEC #4 missing in new memory module

I just installed a 4 GB DDR3 module in my desktop PC (Acer FX58M). The new module does not seem to have a JEDEC #4 value and the timings also look a bit different compared to the original 2 GB module. Any reason for concern?

See below. Sadly, the Row Refresh Cycle Time has gone up from 59 to 86 and the Command Rate went from 1T to 2T; hopefully this does not slow the machine down too much.
