The OP is intermingling too many different things into one list - there is actual economic/social jealousy amongst neighbors (US - Mexico), but that's very different from animosity, based on historical events (Russia - Poland, Japan - Korea). Also things change over time - often very quickly.
Japan - Korea started with bitter animosity, based on Japanese brutality on a huge scale. By and large in 30-40 years, it moved toward insecurity, mostly b/c Japanese corporations/products were higher quality. But in the last 10 years, even that's disappeared with Korea's corporate rise (much of it directly at the expense of Japanese corporations).
At this juncture, I'd say it's closer to actually switching to Japanese insecurity over China and Korea.
