That's pretty much all I'm saying.
Okay, and being a dick about GM's, too, but it's a silly study, and I'd mock any result. Still, I don't think I'm that far off the mark. Toyota and Honda probably would probably have similarly few complaints for the same reasons (non-picky, 'I want transportation' buyers).
It surprises me that Porsche and Lexus would come up so high, though. I can think of some reasons for Porsche (...does anyone want to go to a Porsche dealer for any reason ever?), but I'd expect lots of whining from Lexus owners.
The models named in that latter link are baffling, though. Ancient full-frame GM trucks...the Murano and FX, which I'd rank as two of Nissan's worst...the aforementioned Impala (I'm sorry, but even if it's reliable, that car is miserable and does nothing right).
