JBL S412P Floor-Standing 4-Way Speakers HELP?

I have been looking for reviews on these speakers and cant seem to find any.
Do you think 391 shipped is a good deal for these. So for a pair it would be 782 shipped for a pair?
I really do need a nice set.

Aren't those the ones that have the 250W powered subwoofer built in? If they are, I've heard those and they're very nice. I run 4 ND310's for my mains and surrounds in my HT setup--and they're outstanding.
