Jazz Camcorder for $15--good deal or garbage

Big Lots is selling Jazz camcorders for $15 on Black Friday. I don't have a camcorder and think it might be fun for $15. Are they at least halfway decent or complete garbage?

Read the amazon.com reviews. Seems you're getting about twice what you'd be paying for it.

I would imagine a used Kodak Easyshare would do as good, or better video, and have better build quality.

$15 screams quality! Seriously, just use your phone and save for a decent camcorder. Most flip cams are junk.

If you really want cheap, check out eBay or those Chinese knock-off sites for "keychain cameras". They make one with a flip-out key that does 720p recordings. I bought a few for recording bicycle footage for road cycling (small enough to tape to the bike & cheap enough not to worry about damage/breakage) and they work pretty well. Some of them are actually pretty good for $25 or so:
