jayson williams, innocent or guilty in manslaughter?? POLL!!!

i bet the black juries will see him innocent. and bully the non blacks to conform to their decision.

Based upon what I heard regarding him covering up the actual details of how the driver was shot I feel he was guilty. Of course I must add the usual disclaimer that the public only knows a few of the details so that is what I have to work with in forming an opinion.
 
1) It's "not guilty" rather than innocent. I doubt even his own mother would say he is innocent.

2) This seems like a no-brainer for manslaughter, and they certainly could have pressed forward on 2nd-degree murder given his history of mishandling firearms (this was not the first time he carelessly discharged a gun while drunk). I say guilty, and I'm a criminal defense attorney.
