people can sure be stupid. how could anyone accidently shoot someone?? i could understand accidently running someone over. at the very least he has to be convicted of manslaught, look it up in the dictionary, unintentional killing of someone else. at the most its murder.
 
sorry guys, my bad, but i DID search. twice, i did "jayson", then i did "william". im pretty sure "william" would have included the word williams.
