Leno's back at #1, which is ironic because he has horrible lead in shows. Which is the same shit excuse people were using to bitch why Conan was getting shit ratings. I guess the lead in isn't that important. Great to see Leno killing Letterman again.

Jay does suck and that clip was completely boring...as is the rest of his show. The ratings prove one thing and one thing only, that people would rather fall asleep watching Leno than stay up to watch Letterman. Either way, that's not saying much IMO.

Actually, the 10 pm slot ratings have gone up considerably since that backstabber went back to 11:30. Jay's failure in prime time was pretty epic.

Yep, and Leno's ratings have been sliding steadily since the curiosity factor inflated his ratings upon his return.

He's not doing nearly as well as when he left a year ago (300,000 average lead over Letterman instead of 1.5 million) and considering that each week he's losing viewers, he absolutely not killing Letterman. However, the 10 PM spot is doing quite a bit better without him.

For those of you that watched the episode, you might remember when Hugh Jackman started singing and pulled a girl from the audience - she's a close friend of mine and was going crazy on Facebook all day yesterday! Apparently the NBC station back in Detroit was using that clip for the promos too.

And that's about the extent of my Jay Leno watching.
