I would like a pulldown menu to update a listbox with out the page refreshing.

I was thinking this could be accomplished with javascrip but I don't know how.

So if any of you have any ideas I would love the hear them.

Basically the page would have a pulldown menu and a list box on the same page. And depending on what they select from the pulldown menu the listbox would update with out a page refresh.
