JavaScript Help. Trying to retrive a list of all installed plugins.

I have no problem in writing JavaScript to detect the plugins installed. I am using navigator.plugins[], which works fine on Netscape but not on Internet Explorer. Is there a way to do this for IE?
 
unfortunately, i don't think there's a way to do that with IE. i've been trying for quite a while also, but to no success....

look here. it has NS but no IE support.... 🙁
