I suppose to to create a javascript webpage and turn them in tomorrow, but i don't even know where to start. Help?

Don't expect someone here to do your work for you though.

Just to add, if you really needed to check a form,makes sure you also check it on the server side. The reason is because someone could just disable JS and get around everything.
