Javascript error in web pages? Help

I was just trying to download the latest detonators from Nvidia, but when I click on the link, it displays, "Error on page." I have concluded this to be a problem with my computer as it happens on all webpages with javascript links. I think this is a problem with javascript because when i put the curser over the link, it says, "javascript:_acceptLincense(insert file name here)."

Anyone know how to fix this, as it has been a problem with many web sites, not just Nvidia.
