My laptop just downloaded that update about 1 hr ago.

Been a Long time ago.... I downloaded that and it comes up with an error of 1330 bad digital signature?

Hmm, very odd. I'd try downloading the offline version and installing it from the installer.

Still having the same issues. Next step mass format and reload.
Now using version 16 and did get the larger offline version.
