So:
Is there a way to play my cell phone Java games on the PC?

Tried to do a basic search on Google, couldn't come up with much, not sure if there are better terms to use.
 
if you can get them off your phone, then you could probably load up a J2ME development environment with a cell phone emulator. Check out Netbeans with the Mobility Pack.
